Birchland Consultants Limited is part of the Birchland group of companies. The Company was incorporated in 1996 by its directors, who previously worked as a partnership, which was established in 1989. |
| Birchland Consultants Limited was established to meet the needs of consultants and contractors working on a Self Employed or Limited Company basis. |
Its objective is to provide accountancy and company formation/management services to these clients and through specialisation in this market to provide the highest possible levels of service with very competitive fees. |
We believe that it is important for our clients to be able to speak to the person who deals with their company affairs. For this reason, we appoint a specific account manager for each of our clients and this gives our clients a specific person to deal with. |
We also believe that our clients should know how much they will be paying us to work for them in advance and exactly what they can expect from us. For this reason, we establish fixed monthly fees which are paid by standing order. |
| The Birchland Group of Companies also includes a firm of Independant Financial Advisers, Birchland Financial Management Limited. Between the two firms, we are thus able to offer a full accountancy service and advice on pensions, investments and insurance. Since there are often areas of overlap between accountancy and financial planning issues, this has been a great advantage to many of our clients. |
