Limited Company Formation Package

Not surprisingly, many contractors entering the market for the first time have little or no experience with running limited companies.

We make the whole process as simple as possible for you, enabling you to concentrate on your new contract. We will organise all aspects of the establishment and transfer of the Company to you and provide you with information and guidance on how to make your company work most effectively for you. We will consider your personal circumstances and help you to take advantage of all the tax allowances available to you so that you maximise your income.

We will liaise with the Agency who organises your first contract, providing them with all documentation needed before your new contract starts and provide your company literature as soon as possible to enable you to organise a bank account.

Contracting and operating a Company often seems to be a daunting prospect. To ensure that the first time contractor understands the workings of a Limited Company and organises its affairs in the most tax efficient way, one of our directors will meet with you. As well as answering any questions you may have, we aim to cover the following areas during this meeting and will provide you with worked examples covering various scenarios.

At the end of this meeting, we will be able to discuss your personal circumstances and advise you on a suitable share structure. We will also arrange for completion of the share transfer forms and Companies House forms necessary to allot new new shares (if this is beneficial in your case).

Our charge for our Establishment Package is £95.00 plus VAT

We will also be able to organise registration for VAT, registration for PAYE and provision of other services if you would like us to.
