Forming a Limited Company

| There are only three steps. You can even print the order form and post it to us with a cheque if you don't want to transmit your card details over the internet. The steps are - |
| Step 1 - Check the Companies House website to see if the company name you want is available. You can do this by clicking on the button which appears below. |
| Step 2 - Once you've checked that the name you want is not being used by somebody else, you click on RETURN to come back to this page and place your order. |
| Step 3 - You either order electronically with your credit card details, or select the printed order form option and print the order form and send it to us in the post with a cheque or your credit card details. |

Your company will then be despatched
to you by post.

Click the Check button
to go to the Companies House site. Once there, type the name you want
in the Company/Branch Name box and hit Enter.
