Standard Monthly Accounting Package |

| Our monthly accounting package is
available exclusively for Limited Company Contractors. Since our services
are exclusive to contractors, we are able to offer a comprehensive service
at a very competitive monthly charge. Our objective is to relieve the burden of financial management from you, enabling you to concentrate fully on your contracts without having the burden of calculating VAT and PAYE or completing company related inland revenue or customs and excise forms; not tasks that you want to engage in after a full day's work. With this in mind, we simply need copies of your Company bank statements together with receipts for Company expenditure and a note of expenses and Company cheque payments. We then organise the following for you - |

Provision of invoices
If you fax your timesheets
to us before 4pm, we will prepare a VAT invoice for the payment due
and forward it to your agency the same day. |

Management of your PAYE system
This includes the provision
of payslips and completed Inland Revenue Payslips. All you have to do
is pay yourself the net income indicated on your payslip and send a
cheque to the Inland Revenue for PAYE due, if any. We even provide you
with the completed postage paid envelope to send to the tax office. |

Administration of your VAT system
Based on the information
and receipts which you provide to us and our record of your company's
invoices, we will complete your VAT returns for you and return them
to you with an envelope to forward them to Customs and Excise. All you
have to do is sign them and send them off with a cheque for the VAT
due. |

Completion of Companies House forms
We will complete the Annual
Shuttle Return Form, which every limited company must complete and will
also prepare Companies House forms necessary to notify the authorities
of changes of address of director and secretary, a change of registered
office, the issue of new shares or changes of directors or company secretary. |

Help and advice when needed
We are available during
office hours and will be pleased to answer any questions you may have,
ranging from where you need to sign your VAT form to the most tax efficient
way to purchase a new car or whether it would be beneficial to transfer
shares to your spouse. |

independent financial advice on pensions, investments, insurance, savings
